About the project

I started my career in security from the very bottom - as an ordinary hotel guard. Back then, I couldn’t even imagine that in 8 years, I’d be managing large-scale security projects for international clients, traveling abroad on business trips, and engaging directly with clients.
All I knew and felt was a relentless drive to move forward and grow. Ambition and the right mindset got me promoted to Shift Security Supervisor within a year. Just three months later, I became Security Supervisor for dozens of diplomatic missions, residences, international companies, hotels, and NGOs. After another 4.5 years - Operations Manager. Then, two years into russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine - Chief Operations Manager. And 2.5 years after that - handling transfers, delegation visits, evacuations, and custom orders, reporting directly to the company owner - I realized it was time to move on.
So, since September 2024, I’ve focused on leveraging my past experience while introducing new vision, principles, and standards. This allows clients to forget about all organizational issues and problems, focusing solely on their mission.
I’m endlessly grateful to Dr. Christof Rheinbay for the trust, opportunity, and experience he gave me over those years. The “Argus” team remains a fond memory - many are still in my life.
But now it’s time for Inwaerion - the project born from my desire to keep advancing and be truly useful to people.
