I built security teams from scratch for specific clients.
I controlled security services work, because I always have fresh eyes and logic.
I handled company fleet and all related: buys, leasing, maintenance, repairs, sales.
I created instructions from absolute zero, with zero on hand, and made them clear.
I reworked evac plans done by people who don’t know where Ukraine is on the map.
I drove half-Ukraine personally (thanks god, I'm a petrolhead), to pick real-safe spots for clients.
I selected offices from security and comfort view (and tons of their requirements).
I picked people, from guard to security chiefs who still work. I see and know where person belongs.
I was and am unbreakable rock in all people conflicts who don’t know how to find common language.
I evacuated full offices with their stuff, some colleagues - from South-East regions. Delivered fuel to occupied zone. Buses, cars, people - worked for me on honest word.
I covered Regional Security Manager for NGOs - outsourcing during vacations and leaves.
Delegations coming to Ukraine, I met personally at station. Why? Because I follow principle: “From personal meet, person no longer number in phonebook or email address”.
